  • Research
    We carefully research prices, sales terms and other information in your current real estate market. We find recent sale prices for properties similar to yours and help you establish a realistic price for your property.
  • Repair, improvement property
    We’ll advise you on making repairs and improvements—some enhancements are more valuable than others.
  • Know offer options
    We know local lenders’ terms to help your prospective buyers determine their financing options.
  • Advertise effectively
    We’ll determine the websites, newspapers, home magazines and other sources that will best advertise your property to the right potential buyers. We prepare professional, attention-getting advertisements to attract the right buyers to your property. We’ll also reach out-of-town buyers, who account for a major portion of home purchasers.  For open houses, we’ll use advertising, signage and other tactics to attract the right potential buyers.
  • Prepare and product For Sale signs, literature
    Our eye-catching, weatherproof signs are installed in strategic location(s). We’ll prepare a sheet outlining specific features of your home, including photos, and the corresponding benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Show your home
    We schedule and conduct open houses on weekdays and weekends, effectively showing your home to actual potential buyers (not simply curious lookers). We answer questions and offer relevant information about schools, parks, transportation, places of worship and the neighborhood.
  • Professional conduct negotiations
    We respond to telephone and e-mail requests for information within hours. We have all forms necessary for a legal sale such as deposit receipt, purchase offer, buyer’s cost sheet, seller’s disclosure form. We’ll negotiate final sale terms including price, financing, inspections, closing date, possession date and other considerations. We’ll conduct final walk-through with your buyer before the settlement process is complete.
